オイスターソースとテイメンジャン

今日の晩ご飯は

・白いご飯とはるさめの味噌汁

　　味噌汁は、大根とキャベツと豚挽肉とはるさめとしょうが。

　　味付けは、テイメンジャンと味噌とだし。

・挽肉とたけのこの中華炒め

　　オイスターソースと醤油と酒。塩こしょうで味付け。

　　ご飯がすすむ一品でした。

・サラダ

うちの調味料にオイスターソースは欠かせないのに……
今日で無くなりました…早めに買わないと…落ち着きませんな。
